VoC Summit 2018 will be held in Helsinki this February. The summit gathers together Bisnode employees to learn about the possibilities of the Voice of the Customer solution and how analytics can be used to get even more out of VoC data. In addition, you will hear how our customers have been using Voice of the customer to identify customer experience pain points, train personnel and increase customer loyalty.
