Welcome to VoC Summit 2018

VoC Summit 2018 will be held in Helsinki this February. The summit gathers together Bisnode employees to learn about the possibilities of the Voice of the Customer solution and how analytics can be used to get even more out of VoC data. In addition, you will hear how our customers have been using Voice of the customer to identify customer experience pain points, train personnel and increase customer loyalty.

GPM will arrange the conference and the program as well as the catering for the day. Travel and accommodation arrangements should be taken care of locally by participants.

About the Venue

The Summit will be held at Crowne Plaza, a centrally located and well-equipped hotel with a central location. 


You can easily travel to the hotel with the Finnair airport bus which travels along Mannerheimintie and stops outside the hotel. In addition, taxis are readily available at the airport.
